Will taking Lion's Mane at night before bed, without having taken it before, be immediately beneficial for sleep?
Joel Taylor (Monday, July 05, 2021):
Although research on this is limited, there is some evidence to suggest that Lion's Mane may have beneficial effects on mood, REM sleep, and other factors, though it doesn't seem to matter whether you take Lion's Mane in the morning or at night before bed. The only downside is that the effects are not immediate. You may have to give it up to a month before you start to notice the benefits.

Most medicinal mushrooms, including Lion's mane mushroom takes around two weeks to work and give the desired result. Many experts claim that Lion's mane mushroom can give a notable result if you want to improve your sleep. To see the best possible result, taking it before going to sleep is certainly a suitable time and try taking it as a powder or with tea.
