How long should I wait for CBD isolate to take effect?
Asked 3 years ago
I just took my first of CBD isolate. It's been 15 minutes but I don't feel anything yet. How long am I supposed to wait before the CBD kicks in and how long will it last? Is it supposed to be giving me energy or making me feel a buzz? I don't understand.

Research suggests that orally ingested CBD isolate (taken as capsules) will take effect between 80 - 140 minutes. However, you shouldn't expect any buzzy feeling as CBD isolates do not have any psychoactive agent. Instead, it causes reduced anxiety, pain and inflammation relief, and improved seizure control.
