Ideally, it is best to drink chaga tea once to thrice a day, so try keeping it in that range. While you can drink more than three times if you want to, it won't be useful because the body would take out the extra minerals and vitamins in the form of waste. Start drinking one cup a day, and once your body gets adjusted to it, you can increase it to two or three.
