Every winter, I get the winter blues and crave comfort food. Unsurprisingly, it makes my immunity weaker, which then makes my mood even worse. How can I stick to a healthy diet and boost my immunity instead?

It's easier to get started on a healthy diet but harder to maintain. To stay motivated and stick to a healthy diet, you must remain conscious of why you opted for that diet, and your dietary plan must be rich enough not to exhaust your taste buds. Incorporating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, while limiting alcohol, processed foods, and caffeine may be a good place to start.
