How can I get rid of anxious feelings while I drive?

I get quite anxious and overwhelmed when I drive, and I know that it's not safe for both myself and others on the road. Can anyone offer some advice on how to get rid of these feelings?

1. When driving, use safe distractions. You can listen to the radio, music or your favourite podcast.
2. Try to engage your senses. Take gummies, candies and sweets while driving.
3. Turn on your air condition or roll down your window to avoid sweats and lightheadedness
4. Incase of shortness of breath, take a deep and a slow breadth.
Generally, the key is to make sure you are enjoying the ride and not concentrate on your anxiety.
