How to use CBD for OCD and panic?

UK users, what do you take for your anxiety? I've heard that CBD helps OCD, and I'm currently on 10mg capsules morning and afternoon, and I have improved my mood, but not the OCD and panic. Should I buy stronger capsules, double the dosage, or take another product to combine with the current CBD oil? Can anyone recommend the best CBD dosage for OCD thoughts? I'm open to oils and gummies.

Considering that you're taking 20mg/day split with morning and afternoon, consider upping your dosage to around 30mg/day. Most recommendations for beginners are between 20-40mg depending on the severity of the symptoms. Purchase an oil and take it sublingually (placing a few drops under your tongue and letting them dissolve in about 30-45 seconds before swallowing) as well as your capsules. Experiment with the capsules in the morning and the oil at night, alternating the two to see what works better for you.
Finding the correct CBD dosage for you can be a tricky process as everybody is different. The best answer that anyone can give you would be to start small and work your way up from there, increasing the dose by about 5mg/day each week until you find what works for you.
