Why does anxiety give me tingles in my face?

Whenever I have a panic attack or feel really anxious, my face gets a really weird tingly sensation that feels almost dull and numb. Does anyone else experience this or is it just me?

This is because of increased blood flow to your face. In times of anxiety, there is an increased blood rush to parts of your body that aids fight or flight. This blood rush is what causes tingling, and it happens in all parts of the body, but mostly in the face, hands, arms, legs and feet.
