The fastest way to reset the sleep cycle is to get in a tight routine. Make a schedule to go to sleep at a fixed time after finishing all your works. And then the next morning, wake up at a fixed time, and after a few days, you would get used to the routine. Make sure to sleep at least 8 to 9 hours a day.
