While black fungus mushroom is good with a lot of health benefits, it can be poisonous if not soaked well before use. Without properly soaking, the black fungus can consist Bongkrekic Acid, which is poisonous for the human body. Bongkrekic Acid can lead to abnormal pain, which disrupts your digestive system. In some cases, it might severely affect the functions of the liver and could even lead to death.
