Shiitake mushroom

Shiitake mushrooms are a mushroom native to East Asia and have a long recorded history of being cultivated in China and Japan. Shiitake mushrooms are packed with potassium (a natural electrolyte), are rich in a variety of B vitamins, and contain all 8 essential amino acids.

Chaga Mushroom
