I recently bought some 10 mg CBD capsules from Holland and Barrett with the intention of taking them. Should I be contacting my doctor first?

Well, they are a reliable company, and 10mg is a reasonable amount of CBD for a first-time user. But it is always a good idea to talk to your doctor before starting a new supplement, including CBD. It is recommended to start with a low dose of CBD and go slow.
