How do you cope with self-directed anger?

Can anyone suggest, from personal experience, ways to manage anger towards oneself?

First, you need to think that you can not change the past, so while moving forward, you need to be the best version of yourself. Some habits can help you cope with self-directed anger. Do mediation and visualize what can be fixed. Along with meditation, recite a positive mantra. You can practice boxing or kick-boxing, which are known to take out the frustration or anger inside you.
