Yes, CBD containing less than 0.2% THC and is made from industrial hemp; therefore, it is legal in Cyprus. CBD is considered a food supplement in Cyprus and is sold freely in specialty stores. Although CBD is legal in Cyprus, THC is not. For this reason, you are more likely to get CBD isolate and broad-spectrum CBD as they are "THC-free." Full-Spectrum CBD contains THC and would have to meet the 0.2% THC requirement.

Medical Cannabis in Cyprus

Medical cannabis has been legal in Cyprus since 2019 and can be grown, imported, exported, and possessed in Cyprus. Patients can get prescriptions from specialist physicians and purchase their supplies at pharmacies across the island. Unlike CBD products, medical cannabis can legally contain more than 0.2% THC.
