Yes, CBD containing less than 0.2% THC and is made from industrial hemp; therefore, it is legal in Cyprus. CBD is considered a food supplement in Cyprus and is sold freely in specialty stores. Although CBD is legal in Cyprus, THC is not. For this reason, you are more likely to get CBD isolate and broad-spectrum CBD as they are "THC-free." Medical cannabis has been legal in Cyprus since 2019 and can be grown, imported, exported, and possessed in Cyprus.
