Does CBD oil help to relieve neuropathy symptoms?

I've heard that CBD oil helps to manage pain in general, but does anyone know if it helps reduce chronic pain associated with neuropathy in particular?

Yes CBD can be very effective in helping people to manage and reduce neuropathic pain. There was a review study done in 2017 that covered 11 controlled trials and 1219 patients showing a positive impact of CBD oil. It is important to use it according to directions and to speak with a professional about combining the use with other medications. For some people, the benefits are outweighed by side effects. However, for many CBD oil is a good additional to neuropathic pain management.
