How do you use CBD to remove fat from your liver?

Hello, I looked online for information on how to naturally treat a fatty liver and I came across CBD. The only thing I'm not sure of is what form of CBD would be best to use? Do I drink it in tea, do I take it under the tongue, or chew gummies? What do I do, and how much do I take? Thanks!
