I am looking on behalf of a friend who suffers from insomnia and depression, she has tried different treatments without much success and we're down to looking at CBD oil. What is the best CBD oil for insomnia and depression? Can CBD oil even help with depression and insomnia? Also, I'm a little nervous because I've heard that CBD oil can even cause insomnia, is this true? Are CBD and sleep disorders related at all?
