Yes, CBD oil is legal in the UK, but you would have to be cautious about the presence of THC. Earlier, there used to be restrictions over CBD oil with THC, but now it is legal to CBD oil with less than 0.2% of THC. Also, only CBD products that are EU approved and made from industrial hemp strain are legal in the UK.
