Full-spectrum CBD oil doesn't always show on a drug test, but it definitely can. It all depends on which CBD oil you take, your metabolism when you took the CBD, and what the test is looking for. That's why all reputable CBD brands recommend avoiding full-spectrum if you might be having a drug test.

In the UK, hemp-derived products are regulated, and they are required to have less than 0.2% THC. So you would think that by using a regulated CBD product, you would be able to pass a drug test. Unfortunately, it can still be enough THC to make you fail a test. Many factors can influence how much THC gets into a full-spectrum CBD product, including the quality of the CBD, the extraction method, the strain, and the variety of cannabis used.

CBD isolate and broad-spectrum CBD is supposed to be THC-free, and if the test is looking for cannabinoid content in general and not just THC metabolites, you could definitely still fail your test.

Also, some THC-free products can cause a false-positive result in a drug test. The bottom line is, if your job depends on it, avoid taking any CBD before a test.
