How to start taking CBD oils to reduce anxiety symptoms?
Asked 4 years ago
This will be my first time using CBD oil. I am on Sertraline at the moment for depression and anxiety, but I am interested in trying CBD oil to help reduce my anxiety symptoms instead. I am hoping to start reducing my meds, but it seems to be a minefield with all the different types e.g broad-spectrum, full-spectrum, etc, and different strengths, etc. Should I start on a lower strength and work up from that?

CBD oil has countless benefits and it is a great option to choose over traditional medicines if you are regularly dealing with anxiety as well as depression in life. CBD oil is proven to make you feel both better both mentally and physically. But if you are just a beginner and in the first phase of using CBR oil, it could be a little confusing. Some of these tips for beginners could help to take CBD properly if you are just starting.
For a beginner, CBD oil intake would depend on a lot of factors such as age, medical condition, and also the prescribed medications you are taking while having CBD doses. It's advisable to consult a doctor or a medical expert before starting to take CBD Oil regularly.
Well, what separates the full spectrum from the broad spectrum is the ingredients. Both have cannabis plant extracts, but broad-spectrum doesn't have THC.
And yes, CBD oil has different strengths, and it is best to start from a lower strength. It basically depends on your body and how it is reacting to different strength. If you start the CBD oil doses from lower strength and work up from it then the body should be able to adapt it better and the result might turn out to be astonishing.
