How long does it typically take to see results from biohacking?
Hey all. I've recently gotten into biohacking, which was recommended to me by my therapist, as I've been struggling with anxiety and stress eating. So far, I've tried mindfulness, some dietary changes, and spending more time outside. However, I must admit I am not seeing any significant results, and all of those strategies take time and effort to do. I don't want to quit right away, as I've only been doing this for about 3 weeks, but I'm also starting to think that maybe it's just not for me. How long does it usually take for biohacks to work? Good day to all. I've been thinking about using stress adaptogens, as they were recommended to me by a cousin who swears they work.
