Is there a general consensus as to the best oil for sleep?
Hello, new here and looking for advice on the best product to help with sleep. Not so much falling asleep, but staying asleep. I’ve tried CBD in the past, CBD entourage spray 2,000mg, but didn’t really notice much impact if any. I went through a good few bottles before giving up. I have heard that different CBD oils can be better than others for sleep. Is there a general consensus as to the best oil for sleep?Asked 2 years ago

How to stick to a sleep routine during the busy holiday season?
Hello all. This holiday season is looking quite busy for me; some family members got married recently, some are visiting from abroad, some are bringing their kids, and all together, it might get quite hectic. I've had trouble with sleep this year, mainly due to some work-related stress, and it took me a while to recreate a healthy sleep schedule. With that in mind, I'm worried all the holiday chores and celebrations might mess up my sleep routine. What can I do to prevent that?Asked 2 months ago

How does sleep debt impact your cognitive abilities?
The thing is, I've been slightly forgetful for some time now, and my husband thinks it's due to sleep debt. I haven't had any noticeable issues at work, it's just that I keep forgetting small things, like grocery items, for example. I do admit it's sometimes hard for me to stay focused, like when we're watching a movie together, but I feel like that's normal. I don't feel like I'm sleep-deprived, but I might be wrong. So, my question is: can sleep debt affect your ability to do everyday tasks? Asked 2 months ago
