Is there a general consensus as to the best oil for sleep?
Asked 4 years ago
Hello, new here and looking for advice on the best product to help with sleep. Not so much falling asleep, but staying asleep. I’ve tried CBD in the past, CBD entourage spray 2,000mg, but didn’t really notice much impact if any. I went through a good few bottles before giving up. I have heard that different CBD oils can be better than others for sleep. Is there a general consensus as to the best oil for sleep?

There is no consensus as to the best oil for sleep. However, CBD products that are fortified with melatonin works best for Insomnia. Melatonin is the hormone that controls the sleep-wake cycle. Also, take CBD before going to bed. Getting the right dosage is essential. Start with a low dose then gradually increase until it produces the desired result.

A high-quality CBD oil can help you with the sleeping issue if the right dosage is taken over time. For insomnia, it is better to go for full-spectrum CBD oil, which is likely to give you faster results than broad-spectrum. Take the CBD oil after dinner or before heading to sleep for the best results. It would be better to start with a low dose, especially a full-spectrum one.
