Does CBD help with an irregular sleep cycle?
Asked 3 years ago
I hardly ever sleep more than a few hours a night, and it's very inconsistent. How does CBD treat insomnia? Are CBD and the sleep cycle related at all?

It's important to understand that CBD oil doesn't directly make you sleep more in the way that a common sleeping pill would. If you want to know how CBD oil could help you sleep better, it's more of a holistic approach.
There are supposed anxiolytic and anti-stress properties to CBD that may contribute to an overall sense of calm that might indirectly help you sleep better. In that sense, CBD does seem to help treat insomnia to a certain degree. Trying CBD to address sleep problems might yield some luck, but you'll have to go through a process of trial and error to find out if it really is the right product for you.

CBD has the potential to help regulate your sleep cycle, it all depends on finding the right product for you, and the correct dosage. CBD is all about improving balance (homeostasis) in your bodily systems. CBD can potentially relax and calm you so that you are able to fall asleep, and sleep peacefully.
