When is the best recommended time to take reishi mushroom supplements if you want them to help you improve your sleep quality?

For the best results, it is recommended to have Reishi mushroom in the evening. The ideal time to take Reishi mushroom is between 5 PM to 8 PM. So, you can consume Reishi mushroom after having dinner. But if you go to sleep late at night, then it can be altered. Depending on your sleeping schedule, you can take it 30-60 minutes before heading to bed, especially to improve sleep quality.
