What would be a good sleep schedule to have? Is it preferable to have more REM or more deep sleep?

Good sleep is a prerequisite to function properly for the whole day. Ideally, at least 7 to 9 hours of sleeping schedule is good enough for the body. Between REM and deep sleep, the latter is more preferable to have a complete sleep throughout the night. Deep sleep is the stage, which makes you feel energetic and gives potential health benefits from sleep.
