How much sleep do you need to reset your sleep cycle?
Asked 2 years ago
My body feels so tired in the mornings, and I'm trying so hard to change my sleep cycle. How many hours should I sleep for my body to feel rested and fall into a new rhythm?

If you just want to change your regular sleeping pattern, you need to follow a new schedule for a couple of days to reset the whole sleeping cycle. Ideally, 8 to 10 hours of sleep would be good enough to reset the sleep cycle. However, it should not be less than 6 hours.
