How to use CBD oil for depression?
Asked 3 years ago
I've done a little bit of research on CBD products and have decided that I want to go with a good broad-spectrum oil to take sublingually. Now that that's out of the way, I don't really know where to start. What would you guys say is the best recommended CBD oil dosage for depression? I'm on antidepressants and want to start weaning myself off of them with some more holistic treatments for depression.

You should always be careful when taking new medications or supplements, especially CBD oil, as there can be interactions between CBD and many prescription medications, including antidepressants.
Additionally, there isn't really a "best recommended CBD oil dosage for depression". It's great that you want to pursue using CBD for mental health purposes, and you may find some benefit to CBD oil like many others have, but you should consult a doctor first as they can give you more insight, or potentially even lower your dosage of antidepressants.
