What is the recommended choice of CBD for someone who has depression, anxiety, PTSD, and struggles with sleep and joint pain?
Asked 3 years ago
I am totally new to CDB. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I struggle with sleep and also getting joint pain in my hip and my hands. Getting old is rubbish. I haven't got a very big budget either. Which is the best, yet cheap, CBD products to use for my ailments?

Cannabidiol or CBD is one of the most useful ingredients of the marijuana plant, making it helpful in various treatments. CBD can be the answer for many issues, whether you are dealing with mental health or physical health. Several experts claim that CBD is one of the best ways to counter anxiety or depression. On top of it, CBD can be a solution for your joint pain or any other body pain you are dealing with. CBD can also solve insomnia if you struggle to have good sleep every night. Other than mental health problems like anxiety and depression, CBD can be beneficial in PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress.
As you are suffering from all those different issues, it is best to go for full-spectrum CBD oil, and you can start with 25-30 mg per day, and then go up as your body adapts to it. The daily maximum recommended dose is 70mg, so keep it in mind while starting the CBD journey. Being new to CBD, it is not easy to choose the right CBD. Even though premium quality CBD products aren't inexpensive, you can still acquire decent CBD products within a budget. Let's take a look.
