Is it normal that CBD oil doesn’t smell or taste anything like marijuana, especially if it’s full-spectrum?

I just spent 80$ on a two-ounce bottle of full-spectrum CBD OIL. It doesn’t smell, or taste anything like marijuana, as the sampler from the same brand (Ordinary VEGAN) shouldn’t it smell like marijuana, ESPECIALLY if it’s full spectrum ??

Yes, it is totally normal for isolates, broad-spectrum, and full-spectrum CBD oil not to smell like marijuana. While CBD is originated from cannabis plant, it doesn't smell the same because of heating. As CBD oil isn't heated or burned, it doesn't taste or smell even close to marijuana, which is another reason you won't be getting high.

It is normal. Even though CBD is derived from hemp or cannabis plants, it may not taste like marijuana, and this doesn't make it less effective. The taste of most full-spectrum CBD products is determined by the kind of terpenes and flavonoids used. Each terpene has its smell and taste e.g Earth, Citrus, Musk, Pepper, Blueberry, Lavender etc.
