The colour of full-spectrum CBD can vary depending on several factors. Full-spectrum CBD should be golden, dark green to brown, this reflects the fact that it is made from the whole hemp plant. 
The higher the concentration, the darker the oil will be. CBD in MCT carrier oil is lighter compared to when it is mixed with hemp seed or sunflower oil. When CBD extracted using ethanol, it tends to be greener than oil extracted using CO2;  artificial flavours can also alter the colour of CBD oil. 
If a brand changes its hemp supplier, new products may have a different shade. The way you store CBD can also alter the colour e.g. if it is exposed to heat or oxygen CBD oil can have a pink shade. If the colour is "off" it may be fake CBD, have been exposed, or it may have passed the expiry date. 
Check the label of your full-spectrum CBD for the concentration, extraction method, carrier oil, additives, and expiry date.  Full-spectrum oil is not usually clear and should be golden, brown, green, or even dark brown. If your oil is clear,  the bottle might have been labeled incorrectly, and you may have CBD isolate, which is usually clear.
