Can muscle pain be a result of a vitamin B12 deficiency?

Asked 3 years ago

I've seen that vitamin B12 can be helpful for combating muscle pain, and so I was wondering if the opposite is also true. Can muscle pain be caused by a lack of vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 is one of the essential vitamins of the human body. It has many benefits such as helping form red blood cells, good for bone health, good for skin and hair, helps in anxiety etc. It is also useful to treat muscle pain. If you have Vitamin B12 deficiency then you could face movement issues with weak bone health. And muscle pain is also common for B12 deficient people.
