What is the most effective device to use for CBD e-liquid?

Advice from the experts is needed, please. I’m currently using Aztec CBD e-liquid for skin issues in a cheap vaporizer, but I wonder if there’s a better device I should be using to get the most out of the liquid?

You say that you are vaping to help with skin issues. Why not also try CBD topicals applied directly to your skin or CBD tinctures that are taken sublingually.
