Can CBD help with lung diseases like COPD?

I want to know the effectiveness of using CBD oil for respiratory illnesses like COPD. I've heard that it might have something to do with inflammation but I don't know if this necessarily means that it would be better for COPD and other lung diseases.

Currently, there isn't enough research to claim whether CBD can be helpful in a lung disease like COPD. But after experimenting on animals, CBD has shown positive results in lungs diseases. CBD can help you clear the bronchial passages, and it might help you breathe better. Since there are no or few side effects, you can certainly try it.
