I see so many people saying they think CBD flowers are legal, yet I've seen plenty of people facing criminal charges because of them. So which is it, legal or illegal?

The buds of marijuana plant are widely known as CBD flowers, which are high in CBD and it also has low THC.  No, as of 2021, CBD flower is still not legal in the United Kingdom. The amount of THC presence has made it difficult to make CBD flower legal. One cant buy or sell CBD flowers in the UK.
