Does Cannabis Oil help with COPD?

I want to start using cannabis oil to help treat my COPD but I'm not exactly sure how this is different to cannabis oil. Are cannabis oil and CBD oil the same thing and do they have the same benefits? That being said, can cannabis oil help treat COPD?

Cannabis oil on animal lung disease has shown promising results, but there aren't enough studies to back if it can have the same effect on a person with COPD. But Cannabis oil can help you to breathe better. The main difference between Cannabis oil and CBD oil is the THC content, while their functions are almost identical.
