How much CBD oil should I take for asthma and COPD?
Asked 3 years ago
Can CBD oil even help treat or ease symptoms of respiratory illnesses like COPD and asthma? I understand that lung diseases like this are often worsened with severe inflammation that can potentially be helped by the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD, but how much CBD oil should I use for COPD and asthma? IE: what dosage of CBD oil should I use for COPD and asthma?

There is a growing belief that CBD oil can be used for respiratory illnesses like asthma and COPD due to its anti-inflammatory effects. However, the research is still limited, so it's not accurate to make bold claims regarding cannabis like "hemp oil cures asthma."
While it's very likely that various cannabis oils can bring you some relief for your asthma, they probably won't cure the condition indefinitely. As for the recommended dosage of CBD oil for inflammation caused by asthma and COPD, there isn't a concrete answer. Everyone reacts differently to these substances, and so you'll have to undergo a process of trial and error, starting low and slowly increasing the dosage incrementally, week by week, until you find what works for you. Consult a doctor as they can give you more insight.

For lungs issues like asthma or COPD, CBD oil can be effective, although there is not much proven research regarding it. CBD's anti-inflammatory properties can lower the inflammation and help you breathe better. Depending on your health and degree of COPD, you should take CBD. Hence, it is better to take CBD for COPD after consulting with a doctor.
