Has anyone bought off CBD GIANT before?

Morning everyone, has anyone bought off CBD GIANT before? I bought some tea over a month ago, I’ve not received it and they’re not replying to emails or contact me requests. The promotions on their web site are changing so I’m assuming they’re still running during covid, any advice? Thanks.

I don't think you're the only one! There are mixed reviews online, but almost all the bad reviews are because of not receiving the products or late delivery. Some people say they waited a month or even more! I'm sorry to say this but you probably just have to wait or keep nagging them. If you have the option to cancel your order and get a refund then you should.
COVID is making deliveries slow for everyone. It doesn't matter what country you're in or what you've ordered. There is nothing you can do about it, everything has slowed down. 
I took a look at their Twitter and Facebook accounts, and the last post was in December 2019. So, that might be a clue! Good luck, and I hope you get your CBD tea, or that you manage to cancel the order, and get a refund.
