I don't really understand your question! As far as I know, Scrummies are a kind of brownie infused with full-spectrum CBD, but I don't think that's what you're talking about. I have seen Ruth Langford Gummies sold online, but it could very well be a scam.

I have a feeling someone is just using Ruth Langford's name and pretending the TV presenter has endorsed their product(I could be wrong). Langford has also been falsely associated with a keto diet supplement, and TV host Fern Britton was falsely associated with a CBD oil recently.

I'm so sorry to hear that your customer was ripped off. There are so many scammers around. Better to stick to reputable companies, and don't be swayed by famous celebs associated with the products.
