What is wood ear used for?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi, I was in the mood to try out some weird and different mushrooms - those without psilocybin, of course - and bought myself some wood ears. How is wood ear used? Can I use it in my food like a white button mushroom? What do you recommend? Thanks in advance!

Wood ear is native to Asia, and it is used in various delicious Asian cuisines. The texture of the Wood Ear mushroom is tender and mouth-watering. It can add a different and delicious flavour to soups, stir-fries, salads, curries, and many other dishes. Other than adding a new flavour, Wood Ear mushroom also comes with many health benefits to make a dish healthy.
