Are weak arms a normal feeling after a panic attack?

Is it a common sensation to have weak arms after you have just had a panic attack, or should I be concerned?

Yes, having weak arms is quite common after a panic attack. When you get Hyperventilation during an anxiety attack, it reduces the blood flow in the body that might cause muscle weakness. When you feel muscle weakness in the body, your arms might feel weak too. During such a situation, moving arms and controlling your breath can make you feel better.
