How to overcome health anxiety?

I am a huge hypochondriac, and it is really affecting the way I live my life. I am constantly worried that I'll get sick or develop some weird undiagnosed disease. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to overcome this?

You need to talk to a psychologist that can expose you to your fears in a safe way, someone to modify your negative thoughts.
Also, try to always keep yourself distracted by pursuing your enjoyable activities. If you feel frustrated, verbalise your frustration. A deep breath, yoga and rhythmic exercise can also help.
