What CBD products are best recommended for irregular sleep patterns and anxiety?
Asked 4 years ago
I currently work night shifts and sleep during the day. I also suffer from anxiety and various other mental health issues, there are days where I get out of my routine and end up in a series of disrupted sleep. Sometimes I cannot relax enough to even fall asleep in the first place. My partner suggested I try CBD oil, but I am looking specifically for a vape liquid. I tried speaking to a clerk from a shop that sells CBD products, but he didn't seem keen to sell me CBD vape juice and suggested that I purchase CBD supplement tablets instead. I feel that while taking supplement tablets may be useful, I never remember to take them, so I won't be getting the full benefit, besides, I want something that I can have whenever I feel the need for it.

CBD comes in many different forms, and what works for one person might not work for another. So, you could try CBD oil and e-vape to see which suits you. You can feel the effect of vaping after one try, whereas CBD oil needs to be taken consistently, and sometimes for a few days before you feel the effect.
I would try a full-spectrum CBD oil about an hour before you want to sleep. Start with a low dose to see how it works. The dosage is key! There are CBD products specifically made to promote sleep. You could try CBD gummies, like Medterra Sleep Tight Gummies, or Charlotte's Web CBD Gummies for sleep.
Look for CBD products that include melatonin, a hormone that promotes a good night's sleep, like CBD PM for Sleep by cbdMD. CBD oil could also help with your other health issues and anxiety.
