Can CBD oil get rid of acne?

Hello all, I have been struggling with hormonal acne for some time now and I'm desperately looking for something that can help. I've tried facial washes and cleansers, but they obviously they don't help because it's hormonal, not bacterial. Do you know it will help to take CBD oil?
