Can it improve the immune system over a long period of time? How does it affect the immune system immediately after taking it as well?

Studies show that CBD has anti-inflammatory properties and can act as both an immunosuppressor and an immunomodulator, thereby keeping the immune system active when underperforming. How long-lasting or how fast CBD can cause any changes depends on different variables like the person's makeup, body chemistry, the potency of CBD product, the form of CBD used etc
