What is your experience with controlling caffeine intake, stress, and eating habits, while consuming CBD oil?

Asked 3 years ago

After 6 months of making my own CBD oil, I can tell you that for the first time in my life my appetite is much less than before, I’m eating less and leaving food on my plate. My stress levels are much lower, and I’m laughing more than ever. I've also stopped drinking so much caffeine. I now drink only 1 cup of coffee a day and 2 cups of decaf. Beforehand, I was drinking at least 4 cups of strong coffee, with about a liter of Pepsi max on top of that. Currently, I don’t drink Pepsi max at all. Alcohol is also at an all-time low as I’ve not had a drink since New Year’s Day; it feels like I have a new power, can anyone relate?

Wow, your experience with CBD is amazing. What an accomplishment to completely change your old habits. And on top of that to make your own CBD oil! It looks like you're getting the full benefit of CBD.

Taking CBD together with alcohol can make you feel drowsy. As for coffee, scientists still don't know exactly how CBD interacts with caffeine. Some people say that a little coffee with their CBD intensifies the calming effect of the CBD. Generally CBD and coffee bring out the best in each other! You get the alertness of coffee without the jitters of a caffeine rush.

Everyone reacts differently to CBD and finding the right dose can be key. When taken correctly, CBD is supposed to balance your appetite, lower stress, and give you an optimistic outlook. What you're doing seems to be working for you, so keep going!

Everyone reacts differently to CBD. Some persons report an increase in appetite and weight gain after taking CBD, while others report a reduction in appetite and weight. Experts say that caffeine can reduce the sedative nature of CBD, but there's no evidence that CBD can regulate caffeine intake. Find what works for you and stick to it.
