Can you regain bone strength?
Asked 2 years ago
Hello, I've been at a loss on what do. My mom who is 70 years old has been on medication for a while now and I can see it has been affecting her and not in a good way. Not only that, the medication to rebuild her bone density has not worked at all. I read that medicinal mushrooms could help. But the other medication didn't work, so is it really possible to rebuild bone strength?

According to research, while you can never regain the bone density you had in your youth, you can help prevent rapidly thinning bones. Here’s some lifestyle steps to help you on the road to better bone health:
Step 1: Calcium and Vitamin D
Step 2: Weight-Bearing Exercise
Step 3: Don't Smoke & Moderate or stop Alcohol
Step 4: Talk to Your Doctor
Please note that this is according to my own research and I am not a Doctor.
