Hello everyone, a friend of mine has got hepatitis C, and I wondered whether a Shiitake extract would be helpful?

Yes, Shiitake mushroom has many compounds that make them antiviral. It has antiviral compounds like beta-glucans, which can significantly improve the immunity system and protect you against viral infections. The experts have claimed that the antibacterial properties in Shiitake mushroom can give you protection against organisms like yeasts and moulds. Besides improving immunity, it can reduce inflammation in the body.
