How long before exercising should I take Cordyceps?

I am an active person and I go on runs rather frequently as well as working out almost every day and am wanting to start using Cordyceps as a pre-workout energy boost. I'm using it in the hopes of improving my athletic performance, as well as speeding up my muscle recovery afterwards. Does anyone have any ideas on how long before exercising I should take Cordyceps in order to see the best results?

If you want to take cordyceps as a performance enhancer before running or doing any other sporting activities, you should take it between 40-50 minutes before your activity. On your rest days, you can take it early in the morning. It is not recommended to take it before going to bed.
