How can I protect myself from the cold and flu during the winter?
Asked 2 years ago
As soon as winter approaches, I inevitably catch either the flu or a cold. I'm either doing something wrong, or my immunity just can't handle low temperatures. What can I do to reduce the chances of getting either?

Stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and certain medical conditions weaken your immune system and make it easier to catch the flu or cold during winter. To protect yourself from flu and cold during winter, stay hydrated, rest well, eat a healthy diet, exercise often, avoid touching your face, and wash your hands often. You can also take a flu vaccine if possible.
