Hello all
Every winter, my immune system decides to start slacking, and I pretty much spend the entire holiday season suffering from the seemingly never-ending cold. Slightly dramatic, sure, but not far from the truth—my immunity sucks when the temperatures drop. As you can guess, it stresses me out, which only makes things worse.
So, please help me out—which stress-reducing methods can help me improve my immune system?
